The rooftop was amazing, offering stunning views. The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise. Great value for money!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, the location is fantastic! It's within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops in San Telmo. Plus, it's close to the center of everything, so getting around was a breeze. The hotel offers great services like airport shuttle and laundry, which made my stay even more convenient. The room itself was lovely, with tea and coffee facilities and a cozy sitting area. I felt safe and secure with the in-room safe provided. The staff was always there to help with any request I had, which made my experience even better.

The hotel falls short in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Stained linens and carpets, unfinished ceilings, and the occasional dirty restroom are significant blemishes on an otherwise pleasant stay.

The surrounding area was quite rough, and we didn't feel safe walking around at night. the bathroom needed a bit of an update and the towels provided were worn and threadbare.

My Easter stay was great! The location was spot-on, just a couple of minutes’ walk to the subway and main avenue. I loved waking up and going to the terrace for breakfast, where I could enjoy a beautiful view of the city. The design of the hotel was stunning and felt really modern. I also liked the friendly staff and the fact that they offered room service.

There were some downsides during my stay. The cleanliness wasn't top-notch, and I had to ask the staff to vacuum my room a couple of times.

My stay at Key Hotels San Telmo was wonderful. The hotel had a nice design with spacious rooms and plenty of space to relax. The breakfast options were qualitative, with delicious choices like poached eggs and pancakes. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I found the hotel to be excellent value for the price.
